Third-Party Services

To provide our service, we use the following third-party providers who may process your data:

• Clerk - Authentication provider. Stores your email, name, and login credentials.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) - Database provider. Stores your company and time tracking data.
• Vercel - Hosting provider. May log requests and IP addresses.
• Stripe - Payment processor. Handles billing information securely.

These providers are industry-standard SaaS services with their own privacy policies and security certifications. They process data on our behalf to provide our service to you.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit)
• Database data is encrypted at rest by our provider (Neon)
• Multi-tenant isolation ensures your company data is separate from others
• Authentication is handled by Clerk with industry-standard security

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Data retention periods vary by subscription tier. When you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
