Because we were tired of spending Sunday nights deciphering timesheets and re-entering the same data into three different systems.
Tracker Pack was built by a contractor who lived the problem. After years of spending Sunday nights deciphering timesheets, re-entering hours into multiple systems, and having no idea which jobs actually made money, the founder decided to build the tool he wished existed.
The problem was simple: time tracking was disconnected from everything else. Hours logged on paper had to be re-entered for payroll. Then re-entered again for invoicing. And at the end of the month, there was no easy way to know which jobs actually made money.
Existing solutions were either too simple (just a clock) or too complex (enterprise software designed for 500-person companies). Nothing was built for the 5-person crew that needs to track time on a job site with no cell signal.
So we built Tracker Pack: one platform where your crew clocks time on their phones, and the system automatically tracks municipality tax obligations and workers' comp by task type. No more paper. No more manual sorting. No more quarterly scrambles with your accountant.
To help small contractors stop wasting time on paperwork and start knowing which jobs actually make money.
A world where every contractor—from 2-person crews to 25-employee companies—has the same operational tools as the big guys, without the big price tag or complexity.
The principles that guide how we build TrackerPack
We design for work gloves and spotty cell signal, not corner offices. If it doesn't work on a construction site, it doesn't ship.
We tell you what works, what's coming, and what we don't do. No fake testimonials, no inflated claims, no hidden fees.
Your crew shouldn't need training to clock in. We obsess over making complex things simple, even if it means saying no to features.
We don't sell your data or lock you in. Export everything anytime. Your business information belongs to you.
We believe in being honest about our stage
Time Tracker and Day Tracker are production-ready. Payroll Hub and Invoice Tracker are coming in 2026.
We work directly with contractors to build the features you actually need. Your feedback shapes our roadmap.
We're a small team building with modern AI tools. That means fast iteration and direct access to the people building your software.
